F.L.O.T. was born from an innate love of real estate, interiors, collectables, and the place we call home.

A practice rooted in the creation of spaces that feel meaningful, beautiful, and lasting. Guided by a deep appreciation for objects and the stories they carry.

At the heart of my work lies a paradox: the ability to love ‘things’ yet not be defined by them.

In this space, beauty is found in simplicity, and it is the empty spaces that allow the visually present to shine.
